Single-vineyard, Brut-dry, grower Prosecco from the foothills of the Dolomites. 100% Glera (a.k.a. Prosecco); no filler and all elegant. Easily one of the best Charmat-method Proseccos made.

Pale yellow, bright and sparkling fine continuous bubbles.  Distinct fruit and flower scent, typical of Prosecco: golden apple and bread crust.  Balanced, dry, slightly acidic creamy.  Single vineyard, "Doro".  Native yeast fermentation.  Charmat Method.
