Belfour Bourbon Whiskey Texas Pecan Wood Finish

Belfour Bourbon Texas Pecan Wood Finish comes from Belfour Spirits, the Texas whiskey company founded by Hockey Hall of Fame goaltender Ed Belfour and his family. It is a bourbon finished with Texas pecan wood, a nod to the state tree and a finishing technique that gives the whiskey a nutty, toasty character no ordinary oak barrel can.

It pours golden honey to light amber, with a nose of nuts, butterscotch, and crème brûlée. The palate brings heavy smoke, cinnamon, toffee, and vanilla with a warm, lingering finish at 46% ABV (92 proof). Sip it neat or over a large cube, or use it in an Old Fashioned where the pecan smoke shines. This 750 ml bottle is a great gift for a hockey fan or a Texas whiskey lover.
