Burnside Oregon Oaked Bourbon is a blended bourbon whiskey from Eastside Distilling in Portland, Oregon, named for the city's historic Burnside Street. It combines the big, bold flavors of four-year-old bourbon with quaffable younger whiskeys, then finishes the blend in gently charred Oregon oak, a wood that gives a distinctive sweet, toasty character unlike Kentucky's traditional white oak.

The Oregon oak complements the bourbon's vanilla with a dessert-like wash on the palate. The nose shows moderate woodiness with caramel undertones and orange citrus; the flavor brings white oak, vanilla, citrus rind, and stone fruit, with sugared toast and butterscotch mid-palate, and on the rocks it reveals dense vanilla and caramel, at 46% ABV (92 proof).
